Wow, I can't believe I'm already back from Spain. It feels like just yesterday we were on the plane all excited to be heading to Europe. I had the most amazing time. I can't get over how fantastic it was.

I was, however, robbed, but I chased down the SOB and ended up actually getting my purse back (the guy was caught, too, and arrested and whatnot).

I went to Morocco and bought a Moroccan rug for my mother. And I bought some spices for my dad and step dad (for BBQing) and some musk which is like a key ingredient in ALL perfumes/colognes and it never goes back. You can just rub it on, its kind of like chalk, or you can leave it in your car and your car will always smell delicious. I bought some Jasmine Orange Blossom oil which relaxes you... Morocco was definitely my favorite place!

Spain was gorgeous too, I'll probably put some pictures up in a bit. It's taking me forever to put them up on FB so it'll be probably  be even longer if I ever put 'em ici. Hahah. But it was a gorgeous country, both of them were, and I had a fantastic time.

I even spent an afternoon in Frankfurt in the old town part. That was really great too!!

But since my trip was so busy and I had nooo time whatsoever, I'm frantically trying to finish my English term paper due Wednesday! So I'll write a bit more laaata!

So baaasically, I have 5 more days until I journey to Spain and I have never been so excited. I cannot wait to go. And then I cannot wait to go to Morocco. And yeah.

And I now officially have a prom date, so that's exciting.

I have to pack and do my homework though, so, this is about it.

Wow, this was easily one of the best weekends of my life. This weekend was the Christian Youth retreat, RUSH. And baaasically, it was the biggest Christian party. There were a bunch of musicians there, and some really great speakers, and the most amazing part: FRESH IE -- this super hard core rapper who like finished every set with "GOD BLESS YOU"

It just was fantastic. I made some new friends, and even wrangled a phone number for myself ;)

It all started out with me offering my buddy 5 bucks if he'd go up to the girl of my choice and use a cheesy pickup line. He took the bet and while we were decidin' which girl, he decides he wants to change the terms of our agreement. He said he'd still do it, but instead of money, he wanted me to do one too.

One thing about me, I'm game for it all. Having a good time is like the most important thing to me, and I really don't have a problem putting myself out there and looking like a moron as long as I'm enjoying it. So yeah, I took him up on that, savin' myself 5 bucks!

He had this bag of cotton candy and approached some girls (of my choice!) and said, "This cotton candy is sweet, but not as sweet as you," and it got some good laughs, until another one of my buddies cockblocked him and yeah. Then it was my turn. And NONE of the guys thought I'd do it (I was the only girl from my area to come on the trip). I told my buddy that there were a couple of guys I'd use the line on, and pointed them out and he said, "Go for it."

So I got all ready quick and headed over towards them, looking all lost. My target was sitting on this like wall, so he was like a foot or two above me, and I tapped him on the leg and said, "Excuse me, I lost something! I lost my number, can I have yours?" and his buddies laughed and he hesitated for a minute and all his buddies were goin' "DO IT, DO IT" because I had cajones. And I got his number, and strolled back to my buddies SO PROUD with a number in my phone. They were in awe of me, hence, I was their leader for the rest of the trip ;)

That was just our Friday night. Me and my buddy drove up together skipping out on last block to beat some road construction closures we thought we might hit. We hung out at the mall and I convinced him to get his ear pierced. Left ear? Is that the gay side? We teased him about it the whole time. (I googled it, it is the left ear that's straight). We went to the RUSH DOME which was basically a big barn where they set up this huge stage and did like a devotional almost, but not really, and listened to the speaker -- he worked with Mother Theresa! -- and then rocked out unti like midnight. Then went back to the church where we were crashin' and went to bed around 12:30.

Saturday, I got really sick and had to skip out on the spa I had signed up to go to. It was pretty sad. But I heard mixed reviews about the spa, so it's not all bad. Later in the day I felt a whole lot better and I went out with the youth again we went to some community center to swim and shower and all that jazz and then we went back to the RUSH DOME and partied it up until like midnight. My favorite rapper, who performed Friday night too, had like a HUGE set this time instead of like 2 songs, he did about 6. Well, not huge set, but it was much longer than it was. It was pretty bitchin. I bought his CD.

Christian rap is so much better than regular rap because they're not rapping about how women are bitches and hoes or golddiggers or how they're pimps and callin' each other niggas every other word. It's still got like the bitchin' rhymes and good beats, its just about better topics. And, so far, none of the Christian rappers think that they are the ones responsible for there being so many rappers out there today all gettin paid. Hmm, TI? NEWSFLASH. YOU DIDNT START RAP. AND YOU AIN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYONE OUT THERE GETTING PAID.

// end rant.

This morning, me adn my buddy left early, he had to work and wanted to go to the gym so yeah. We listened to my rap cd all the way home. It was balla. I'm gonna go do my homework nad spend the rest of the day recovering from my fatty Jesus parties. Byeee.

I basically fail

So I basically fail at all things life related. This morning I got up early, like half hour before I normally do. And rushed to get ready, because of the big blizzard we had over night  I knew I'd have to leave early.

My mom offered to drive me to school because the roads were so shitty, so I went to school. And I remembered to bring my friend Taylor my math binder from last semester and the replacement stickers (that repair like torn holes on paper) for my friend Mike. And I was positive I was remembering it all, so when I'm sittin' in mom's car, I realized I was forgetting something.

I could NOT figure out what it was. And then I realized I forgot my planner at home on my bed, so I shrugged the feeling off, but it haunted me alllll day.

Then I got home after school and the second I sat down I realized what I'd been forgetting.

I WAS SUPPOSED TO WRITE A HISTORY TEST TODAY AT LUNCH.

I aaabout killed myself right then and there. Now I'm stressing all night, worrying that he won't let me write it tomorrow and yeah... Ughh.

On a less stupid note, we watched ANOTHER Sam Waterson narrated video in my civilization class today. I think that's the third one we've watched since February 2nd. Like in less than a month, we've watched like 3 whole Jack McCoy videos. One was on the Greeks, one was on Atlantis, and one was on the Romans -- that was today's. It was pretty good, like usual. But yeah, that's about it.

We started planning for our french class trip, over night to our teachers cabin at a local ski hill. So that's exciting. My group is in charge of cooking dinner the night we get there, but this one girl in my group drove me crazy. She kept insisting we make some sort of pasta shit with mushroom wine sauce or whatever and it's like, hello its a french trip? FRENCH FOOD PERHAPS?? But she couldn't get it through her thick head. And she got all pissed off when I told her we were making Quiche Lorraine. I'm making something that I'm good at making. I'm not wasting my time with her possibly brutal sauce on some friggin itallian food when the goal of the trip is to do everything as french as possible!! Crepes, etc.

Whatever. I'm off to do some homework! And be not as lazy as yesterday!!

I spent all night learning how to use this movable type program, but like an idiot, I still fail miserably. Apparently it couldn't post and my super witty, intelligent blog that I typed only moments before this craptastic one. Yes, I used the word craptastic.

It's a Wednesday night and I've been putting off my french homework.. well, since I got it... We have to write this page/essay/"journal entry" on how living in Switzerland would be cool. Since we had this CUUUUTE little Swiss boy come talk to our class, because apparently, he's fluent in French! He was so cute. When he talked to us in English, I couldn't help but aww.

Well, yeah, I did finally break down and do something with this site. Instead of letting it just sit dormant. I actually just happened to notice a bunch of the images I've hosted on this site weren't showing up, so I came to investigate it, and it was actually down? I got no email from cleverdot telling me it was gonna be down, so I was mighty pissed, but about 20 minutes later, it was back up and fabulous, so I still have to recommend cleverdot to ANYONE looking to host. Packages are like starting at like 25 bucks (I know because when I was there going to send in a complaint, I got caught up shopping...) and they're good deals. I'm not sure how I feel about the domain registration costs, but meh. Whateverr. They've always treated me good int he past.

Hopefully as well as mt will treat me in future? Yes? (Before I click post on this one, I'm copying and pasting the entire post, in case it screws up again -- because I'm sooo not writing another one!)

Well it's Wednesday today. I hate Wednesdays. The word itself is so awkward and there is really nothing good about the day. Nothing good is on TV, really. House is on Mondays, so is GG, and L&O SVU is on Tuesdays (even though it's like repeat mania) and Wednesdays... theres just nothin' doing it for me. What can I say. I'm an early week TV kind of person.

That's about it... Hope this new format works out. But this remains to be seen.
